Notes on prices
Pets are welcome at a charge of GBP15 per dog/cat per week or part thereof. We accept a maximum of 3 pets.
Start days are flexible with Saturdays preferred.Three-night short breaks are available at 70% of the weekly rate, four nights at 80%, and for five-seven nights, the weekly rate applies. However, "last-minute" discounted rates may be offered from time to time..
During the Christmas period, weekly bookings are normally required.but as noted above, there may be "last-minute" offers.
Cancellations: As far as possible, we try to defer cancelled bookings to future dates of the guest's choice and transfer the deposit to those dates at no charge. If no suitable dates can be found, we will refund the deposit provided that the cancelled dates are booked by another guest (or if the cancellation is beyond the guest's control).
The same applies to a balance already paid. That is, we will transfer this balance as a "credit" in relation to a later booking, or refund the balance in proportion to the number of cancelled nights taken up and paid for by another guest. If cancellation is due to circumstances beyond the guest's control, a full refund will be given.
